DSAS-L
The DSAS-L solution is our entry-level product designed specifically for the buyer who wants to comply with SOLAS XI/2-6 at the most cost-effective level. It is supplied complete with an integrated Inmarsat D+/GPS transceiver and separate breakout box, alert activation points, power supply/alert activation point cabling and mounting kit. The whole security asset & alert management proceedure becomes straightforward and reliable when operated with the PurpleFinder® application. Hardware only. DSAS Ship Security Alert System
The DSAS Ship Security Alert System is a self-contained unit consisting of a compact integrated Inmarsat/GPS transceiver, power management unit and back-up batteries, constructed within a ruggedised polycarbonate enclosure in turn protected by a stainless steel casing, and having multiple external panic alarm points. Of portable dimensions, the DSAS unit is easily installed, and with no visible external antenna the unit does not resemble typical Satcom equipment and is therefore likely to escape hijacker/terrorist attention.
