Remote services have continued from the team here at OceanWeb despite the current situation. Lockdown has been a difficult time for individuals and businesses alike right across the world. At OceanWeb, we have used this period as an opportunity to adapt and improve our processes. We have been developing our range of services and continue to operate as close to business as usual as possible. We’ve taken the time to listen to our customers’ needs, innovated to find solutions, and come up with creative ways of continuing to offer our full suite of products. This has been either through extending our remote services or by engaging local engineers to help when onsite assistance is required.
