Support during the COVID-19 pandemic
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the team here at OceanWeb have been able to maintain our remote support services. We have been providing comprehensive remote support for over 20 years for VSAT airtime and satcoms, networks, mobile devices and their users globally and have the necessary framework in place to ensure that we can continue to do so. Regardless of what lies ahead for the world with regards to COVID-19, you can rest assured we’ll be here to offer ongoing support.
If you require assistance, we can courier one of our FIXT! remote support mini PCs out to you with our monitoring software pre-installed. One of our Engineers will then give you a call to talk you through connecting this into your network. Following this we will set up notifications so that we are made aware of any network issues immediately and can begin working on a response.
Additionally, if you need to temporarily leave your vessel due to quarantine regulations, we can provide you with remote access to the network for your peace of mind.
